In this position, you’ll

  • Partner closely with your product team and stakeholders to identify opportunities, answer important business questions, and guide decision-making with data.
  • Drive product experimentation from hypothesis to analysis, helping the team validate ideas and understand their real impact.
  • Analyse fraud patterns and sources of potentially harmful content to uncover insights and improve how we protect the Vinted community.
  • Define, calculate, and monitor key performance indicators, spot issues early, and investigate root causes.
  • Build dashboards and self-service solutions that help teams independently access and use data.
  • Ensure that the team’s data is available and high quality by maintaining the team’s data sources.
  • Work with other decision scientists to raise the bar for analytics, experimentation, and data-driven thinking across the domain.

  • Hands-on experience with SQL and Python for data analysis.
  • Familiarity with BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI, or other dashboarding tools.
  • Enjoy working in iterative environments where priorities evolve and learning quickly matters.
  • Clear communication with both technical and non-technical audiences with a strong sense for storytelling.
