Job Description

Senior Digital Marketing Manager will lead, develop and execute effective marketing plans to meet category and brand objectives. As such, the manager leverages consumer and customer insights, marketing conditions, and competitor data to inform those plans. Additionally, in conjunction with the Product Manager and support from junior members of the marketing team, the Manager is responsible for assuring that all plans executed have clear objectives and a measurable ROI.

A Senior Digital Marketing Manager is a professional who works to improve a firm’s relationships with both partner firms and customers, to build and preserve trusting relationships with the customers.

You will be responsible for:

- Development and implementation of global online marketing activities - development of all category marketing and go-to-market plans and briefs.
- Distributors relationship management regarding their digital marketing activities and budgets.
- Lead overall development of integrated category marketing plans in conjunction with the marketing teams and category business objectives, globally.
- Drive all functions and digital agency partners to develop never been-done-before, effective creative campaigns that deliver on objectives.
- Manage key agency partners (Digital Media, PR, Creative).
- Oversee development and management of the annual digital marketing plan and budget. Deliver all digital marketing activities within the agreed budget.


- At least 3+ years of Brand Marketing experience in digital channels.
- International marketing campaign experience.
- Experience with creative digital and B2C product digital marketing.
- Strategic planning and budgeting experience.
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Tag Manager and others).
- Fluent English and at least average in Russian.
- University/College degree.
- Able to lead the delivery of integrated marketing campaigns.
- Proven track record communicating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Mastery of technical marketing skills (SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns)
- Demonstrated ability to organise workload throughout the day to meet project timelines and deadlines.
