Senior Email Marketing Manager @ MOERIE

Moerie – is a hair care brand built around one goal: visible hair growth results, backed by real science. You’d be joining a fast-moving DTC marketing team where good ideas turn into live campaigns quickly and creative ownership is taken seriously.

• Own the email and SMS strategy end to end, from planning the calendar to reporting on what actually drove revenue
• Build smart segments based on how people engage and buy, and decide what each group should hear from us and when
• Set up, audit and improve automated flows like welcome, abandoned cart and browse, post-purchase and win-back
• Plan and launch promo campaigns across email and SMS, and find the right sending rhythm without burning the list
• Write and test subject lines, preheaders and offers, and keep improving based on the results
• Brief and work closely with a dedicated designer and copywriter, and test different landing pages and offers with the wider marketing team
• Keep deliverability healthy and make sure our emails land in the inbox, not in spam

• Have 4+ years of experience in email or CRM marketing, ideally at a DTC or eCommerce brand
• Have hands-on experience with Klaviyo or a similar platform, including building flows and segments yourself
• Have run SMS campaigns and understand how volume, timing and frequency affect results
• Know deliverability well and be able to figure out what’s wrong when the numbers drop
• Judge success by clicks, conversions and revenue, not opens alone
• Be comfortable building something new without a ready-made playbook
• Be fluent in English and Lithuanian
