Senior Engineer Manufacturing

• Own and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, throughput, and safety.
• Lead root cause analysis and drive permanent corrective actions using structured problem solving tools (8D, DMAIC, A3 etc.) 
• Monitor process KPIs and use data to proactively identify risks, bottlenecks, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Ensure safety compliance of manufacturing process equipment.
• Act as the technical lead on new process introduction projects, collaborating with project, quality, operations and technicians teams

• Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering discipline (Mechanical, Electrical, Electornics, Mechatronics or related discipline)
• 4+ years of professional experience in Process or Manufacturing Engineering
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, continuous improvement methodologies.
• Competence with CAD tools
• Understanding of process capability, SPC and data analysis
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Proficiency in English and Lithuanian
