Senior Procurement Manager

Job Description

In this position, you will manage the full procurement lifecycle, including sourcing, negotiations, contracting and supplier relationship management. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and ensure procurement processes are efficient, compliant and aligned with business needs. You will join a team of experienced professionals focused on continuous improvement, innovation and building strong vendor partnerships.

Your responsibilities

Manage end-to-end procurement and sourcing activities
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers
Conduct medium to high complexity sourcing projects
Negotiate and manage supplier contracts
Ensure smooth source-to-pay (S2P) processes
Support stakeholders with procurement, privacy and risk related topics
Drive procurement process improvements and cost optimization initiatives
Ensure supplier compliance with privacy, security and quality standards

Requirements

Must have

3+ years of experience in Procurement or Strategic Sourcing
Fluent English (C2 level, written and spoken)
Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
Experience working with supplier relationship management
Ability to review and manage contracts
Understanding of operational procurement (POs, invoices, payments)
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects in a fast-paced environment
Experience working with privacy and security compliance frameworks (GDPR, ISO 27001, ISO 27701)
