We’re looking for an experienced Senior Product Designer to join Vinted Go. Vinted Go is a new brand and business of Vinted, focused on developing products and solutions for more convenient, affordable, and sustainable shipping and delivery across Europe. Vinted Go has connected more than 40 carriers and more than 200,000 pick-up/drop-off points across Europe to support the delivery of millions of parcels annually. Take a look at

As a Senior Product Designer at Vinted Go, you’ll be responsible for ensuring that our services are useful and usable. You’ll get to design solutions for businesses and end consumers across a variety of channels. You’ll collaborate closely with researchers, visual designers, and content designers. Together you’ll transform complex issues into intuitive, accessible, and easy-to-use solutions.

Work with cross-functional partners to be the voice of our members, define problems and goals, map flows, prototype interactions, and support the development process.
Take charge of design planning and execution for the initiatives and features owned by your cross functional team.
Partner up with other domain designers to work on initiatives that keep raising design quality and user-centeredness maturity.
Conduct usability tests to assess and validate design ideas and collaborate with User Researchers on discovery and generative studies.
Give and solicit feedback from designers and cross-functional partners.
Be part of a Vinted Go business unit and report to the business unit Design Director.

Requirements

Proven strong senior-level experience designing and shipping web products and mobile native apps.
Interaction design, visual design and evaluative user research skills.
Good at working with complex systems
Excellent communication skills, including excellent written and spoken English.
Good understanding of the design process, designing with qualitative and quantitative insights.
A strong collaborator with cross-functional peers
