The UnifySquare PowerSuite product team is looking for a strong Senior ProductManager to drive key solutions in our products enabled IT teams around the world. As part of the PowerSuite Product Management team, you will own the delivery of significant portions of our SaaS-based performance and operations suite, the industry’s first and best unified communications & collaboration solution targeting Skype for Business and Microsoft Teams. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Product Manager who loves solving complex technical and business problems and working collaboratively across a global organization.
As the Senior Product Manager, you will:
- Lead the core planning and execution of feature teams responsible for the development and operations of innovative solutions. These solutions power rich operation scenarios such as provisioning, analytics, reporting, monitoring and management, for many very large enterprises with hundreds of thousands of users.
- Understand customer scenarios and coordinating with internal sales and partner teams to define and prioritize product requirements while working with the engineering teams to determine appropriate delivery roadmap and execution.
- Possess a solid understanding of web service design, cloud solution architectures, and the operational needs of large enterprises.
Requirements
- Successful candidates for the position will have:
- Expertise and passion working with enterprise customers and internal partners to understand their scenarios and business drivers
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills, with passion for operations solutions
- Ability to develop product scope and roadmap and drive project execution
- Excellent technical and functional design skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills in English
- Demonstrated success building strong relationships and delivering results in cross-group projects
Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in Product management or product management in software companies.
- Demonstrated experience in the entire software product development cycle
- Previous experience working on enterprise operations solutions, unified communications solutions, Skype for Business, Microsoft Teams and/or Office 365 experience a plus
Education:
- Bachelor and/or graduate degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics or equivalent
