Quality assurance specialist (QA support) works with products quality questions.

Responsibilities:

• Participates in products‘ deviations and complaints investigations
• Participates in risks evaluations, change control and validation processes
• Performs Gemba Walks in order to assure quality of processes and conformity to ISO standards
• Participates in value stream projects (PPI projects, Kaizens, Just-do-it, technology transfers and NPIs) if needed
• Supports manufacturing department in preparation and during customer audits;
• Reviews manufacturing documentation when needed
• Supports manufacturing department in other activities, increases the maturity of Vilnius Quality system and assures conformity to ISO requirements

Reikalavimai

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Life science

Skills and Attributes:

• Prior experience with Quality systems such as ISO 9001, ISO 13485, Lean, etc
• Thorough working knowledge of various continual process improvement techniques
• Proficient in process auditing
• Knowledgeable in data collection, measuring, analysis, improvement and control
• Verbal and written communication skills including good persuasion skills
• Prior experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills, able to communicate with varying functional leaders both internally and externally
• Computer literacy including Microsoft Office
• Strong historical evidence of a Process driven and Data driven approach to problem solving
