Job Description

We are currently looking for a new colleague to join the IT Infrastructure and Operations division, where you’ll be responsible for providing technical leadership, ensuring reliable and secure IT infrastructure and supporting the continuous modernization of critical technology platforms. You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:

  • Ensuring high reliability, availability, and resilience of critical IT infrastructure and services by applying SRE and automation best practices
  • Designing, implementing, and maintaining highly available infrastructure across on-premises and hybrid environments, with a strong focus on virtualization platforms such as VMware vSphere/ESXi and/or Microsoft Hyper-V
  • Administering and optimizing Linux, Windows Server, and physical server infrastructure, including performance tuning, troubleshooting, hardware diagnostics, firmware management, and component replacement
  • Managing enterprise storage and networking technologies, including SAN/NAS, iSCSI, and VLAN-based networking
  • Implementing and maintaining monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions to improve service reliability and incident response
  • Supporting and improving Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity processes to meet RTO/RPO objectives
  • Applying infrastructure security best practices, including system hardening, patching, access control, and compliance support in line with ISO 27001, NIS2, or similar frameworks
  • Collaborating with application, security, and operations teams, maintaining technical documentation, and contributing to incident reviews and continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications

What we expect from you:

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure, system administration, platform engineering, or IT operations
  • Proven experience administering enterprise virtualization platforms, especially VMware vSphere/ESXi and/or Microsoft Hyper-V, including clustering, high availability, and lifecycle management
  • Strong knowledge of Linux and Windows Server administration, as well as physical server infrastructure, hardware diagnostics, and troubleshooting
  • Experience with enterprise storage and networking technologies, including SAN/NAS, iSCSI, and VLAN-based networking
  • Practical experience with monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions, as well as incident resolution and root cause analysis
  • Understanding of Disaster Recovery, Business Continuity, infrastructure security practices, and regulatory or security frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, or NIS2
  • Proficiency in scripting and automation using PowerShell, Bash, Python, Ansible, or similar tools, and experience working within structured change management processes such as ITIL

Would be benefit:
