SEO MANAGER

We’re on the hunt for an experienced SEO Manager to boost organic visibility and drive sales for Kesko Senukai Digital eShops across the Baltics.

Your responsibilities:

• Boost organic traffic & sales for 6 Kesko Senukai Digital eShops.
• Lead & manage our in-house SEO team, guiding them to success.
• Collaborate with agencies, freelancers, and internal teams to execute SEO strategies.
• Develop and implement on-site, off-site, and technical SEO strategies.
• Work closely with the Head of Digital Marketing to align SEO efforts with broader marketing goals.

• 3+ years of hands-on SEO experience (technical, on-site & off-site SEO).
• 1+ year of experience managing a team – leadership skills are key!
• Strong communication skills in English (written & spoken).

Bonus points if you have:

• Knowledge of CSS, HTML, and JavaScript.
• Experience with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
• Familiarity with Google Ads.
