Job Description

The Global Operation team is looking for a new colleague who takes over responsibility for first and second level IT support for our new FP&A Competence Centre in Lithuania.

The purpose of this role is to assure operation of the IT Infrastructure and End User Services within a true Global IT organization. The new colleague will interact with the end users and be in close contact with global colleagues in UK and Germany.


  • Responsible for First and Second Level support for End User workplaces
  • Technical support of workplace equipment i.e. headsets, mobiles, tablets etc.
  • First local contact for Global team with regards of network, telephony and necessary changes
  • Support of a unified communication environment i.e. MS Surface Hubs, Media Technique


  • 2-5 years of relevant experience
  • Sound experience with End User Services and Service fulfilment
  • Experience with IT Service Management Tools
  • Experience working in a customer-facing technical role which requires solid technical aptitude, excellent written and oral communications skills and the ability to deal effectively with people at all levels and in different situations.
  • Proven ability to operate in high pressure situations, successfully handle multiple competing priorities and possess a high level of discipline while displaying a high degree of flexibility and professionalism
  • Experience of data cabling / Computer Facilities knowledge
  • Ability to develop clear and concise documentation
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field or equivalent work experience is a plus
  • May hold certification(s) in Service Management (ITIlv3 expected)
  • Telecom knowledge including VOIP / SIP and technologies advantageous
