Job Description

  • Service Providers authentication, daily business management and target completion;
  • Spare parts, logistic and expenses management for after-sales service;
  • Technical support and training for Service Center, customers, hotline center and PR agency;
  • Service Marketing activity organization with Marketing department;
  • Customer relationship management and improvement with operator;
  • Understanding Hotline and social media service.

Requirements

  • Management experience in after service area;
  • Experience in hotline, social media or consumer product service area (in IT/telecom industry preferable);
  • Willingness of studying new telecommunication and product knowledge;
  • Business maturity and responsibility for entrusted tasks;
  • Good English in speaking, reading and writing;
  • Driver's license.
