You have at least two years of experience with ServiceNow You have experience with System administration You have experience with application development and scripting You have experience with ITOM, Python scripts etc.
You are certified within ITIL.

You hold strong communication skills in English, spoken and written You are able to work in a structured manner and communicate professionally You possess good co-operation skills You are able to take the initiative on your own and take on responsibility You are service-minded and an outgoing personality You are good at sharing knowledge You must have a good sense of humor.
