We are looking for a Construction Site Administrator to join a large-scale international construction project in Rūdninkai. In this role, you will be an important link between the construction site, Site Managers, subcontractors and the client.

Working place: Rūdninkai Military Campus, Šalčininkai District, Lithuania.

We're hoping from you

  • experience in construction site administration, document control, or a similar role;
  • German language skills at B2 level and good written and spoken English;
  • good MS Office skills;
  • experience with document management systems is an advantage;
  • strong organisational and communication skills;
  • ability to work independently, set priorities, and meet deadlines;
  • a structured and solution-oriented approach;
  • willingness to work actively on the construction site and collect information directly from the field;
  • relevant professional qualification or equivalent education.

An advantage: experience in construction or military-sector projects and Lithuanian language skills.

What is waiting for you

  • prepare daily construction reports on work progress, deliveries, weather conditions, and relevant site events;
  • manage construction site documentation;
  • prepare meeting minutes, reports, and other project documentation;
  • collect information directly from the site and provide it to the Site Manager and Deputy Site Manager;
  • coordinate personnel, equipment, and material deliveries;
  • monitor subcontractor activities and follow up on issues requiring action;
  • communicate with the client, subcontractors, authorities, and project partners, mainly in German;
  • monitor client documentation, applications, and approvals;
  • support smooth day-to-day organisation of the construction site.
