Social Media Manager

Companies House OÜ (representing Emerhub and RecruitGo brands in Estonia) is looking for a creative and organized social media manager.

We focus on providing solutions to companies hiring and doing business in Southeast Asia. This is an opportunity to take our social media activities to the next level.

• Develop and Implement Social Media Strategy: Define and maintain a consistent voice across all social media channels that resonates with our target audience. Create strategic plans to enhance our online presence, increase followers, and improve engagement.
• Content Creation: Produce high-quality content, including text, images, and videos, tailored for each social media platform. Utilize basic graphic design and video editing tools to create visually appealing posts.
• Audience Engagement: Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a “Social” way while cultivating leads and sales. Engage with our community of foreign investors by initiating conversations and participating in discussions.
• Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze analytics reports to gain insight into traffic, demographics, and effectiveness of each campaign; adjust strategies as needed.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to develop social media campaigns that help to achieve corporate marketing goals.

• Ability to understand the pains and interests of a foreign company (considering) doing business in a foreign country - what kind of social media content would they want to follow and engage with?
• You should have a proven track record in social media management, ideally in a B2B company. You should also have an active personal social media presence.
• Min. C1 level of English
• Organized
• At least basic video editing and design skills
• Willingness to work in the office for at least 5 hours a day (rest can be remote) in Ülemiste City
