Join us as a Solutions Analyst and play a key part in the project team by configuring Decisioning and Account Management software solutions that meet our client’s requirements for its functionality and delivery department standards.

Requirements

• Degree qualification in Information Technology related discipline


• Experience within client-facing and internal communication


• Well organized, thrive in a sense-of-urgency environment, leverage best practices, and most importantly, innovate through any problem with a can-do attitude  


• Good problem-solving skills and inquisitiveness to identify root cause and permanent resolution or improvement


• Ability to read code and write scripts to support solutions configurations   


• Ability to work on own initiative and within defined deadlines with minimal supervision


• Ability to develop good working relationships with clients and third-party suppliers


• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite


• Basic knowledge of a coding language such as SQL, SAS, C#, LUA or similar would be an advantage


• Basic knowledge of testing tools (e.g. SOAP UI)


• Understanding the fundamental principles of programming and software design


• Understanding or familiar with different project’s methodologies
