My name is Viktorija Jakovleva - Ogut and I am leading Sourcing Support team. Right now, we are looking for a team member for Sourcing Support Team which is part of Sourcing & Finance Operations organization. Sourcing Support is responsible for operational support, collaboration with internal colleagues and making sure that buying process in the company is effectively execute.

Your next challenge?

To excel in Sourcing specialist role, you need to be analytical thinker, have very high attention to details, be motivated by challenges and new opportunities, have exceptional communication skills and preferably have previous experience in the field. You will also need to master cross-country collaboration challenges and participate in building a service-oriented team to deliver on expectations, in time with quality and expected business results.

We strive to increase customer satisfaction and add sustainable value to our operation companies and other entities by securing supply of products and services with the right Quality, Service Levels, Technology and Total Cost of Ownership.

Your tasks will be:

  • Purchase requisitions validation, Purchase Order changes and follow-up, Contracts implementation, Catalogues implementation and follow-up, resolving tickets etc.
  • End-to-end process understanding
  • Close and active collaboration with Sourcing Managers, Stakeholders, Accounts Payable and other departments
  • Reporting and escalation of issues/challenges if any
  • Constantly seek for opportunities to simplify processes and work in more efficient way
  • From executing to becoming a trusted advisor

Who are you?

  • Have excellent communication skills and fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • Have a great collaboration skills
  • Are a real team player and have a team work attitude
  • Are creative and innovative, have a proactive and solution-oriented approach
  • Have experience in working with Microsoft Software package (Excel, Word, Power point, etc.)
  • Have experience from working in international environment and/or already demonstrated your skills in similar role (purchasing, operations)
  • Always happy to celebrate achieved successes while not losing hunger for achieving even more
  • Are ready for new opportunities and challenges!

Working in this position you will receive a base salary 1400 - 1600 Eur (gross) plus annual bonuses depending on your competencies and your and Telia results. Besides for each employee Telia has additional employee benefits package which includes:
