Spare Parts Documentation and Support Specialist

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the Spare Parts Catalogue to ensure the best user experience for our customers
• Creating and maintaining bills of materials (BOMs) and exploded view drawings
• Implementing rules to ensure users receive up-to-date information when searching for spare parts
• Collaborating closely with colleagues in Germany while working from Lithuania
• Assisting colleagues by solving catalogue-related issues
• Analyzing the latest product data to improve catalogue accuracy and performance

We expect you have:

• Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or related area
• Advanced English language skills
• Good communication skills
• Analytical thinking
• Experience working with CAD tools
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Nice to have:

• Basics of German language
• Experience with SAP
