START UP SALES – Training Programme for Sales Representatives

CONTENTS AND GOALS OF THE TRAINING PROGRAMME (9 MONTHS):
- Training on the job in the inside sales department and specific trainings in the specialized departments
- Knowledge about the structures and procedures of EGGER
- Communication- and sales trainings with participants from all over Europe and buildup of an international network
- Support and guidance by an experienced mentor

- Commercial- or technology-related education (high school/university) or comparable work experience
- Seller personality
- Very good communication-skills and surgency
- Willingness to travel havely, individual initiative and team player
- Ability to act under stress and time pressure
- Good standard of IT-skills, SAP knowledge is an advantage
- Obligatory fluent English, Russian, Lithuanian (verbal and written); German language could be consider an advantage
- Driving license
