• Lead and manage strategic project from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and risk assessments
• Provide regular updates on project progress, challenges, and outcomes to senior management and stakeholders
• Facilitate cross-functional team meetings to foster collaboration and alignment
• Implement best practices in project management and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Analyze project performance and derive insights to inform future projects and strategies
• Ensure that all projects comply with corporate policies and industry regulations

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree, Master's degree preferred
• Proven experience (5+ years) in project management
• Strong understanding of retail operations, market dynamics, and strategic planning
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, PMI Agile, CSM, SAFe, etc.) is highly desirable
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with diverse teams
• Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello)
