Supply Chain Coordinator (temporary employment contract)

Main tasks will be:

- Ensuring supply of products and optimization of stock levels in Estonian market;
- Monitoring stock balances and products allocation;
- Managing of supply and financial tools;
- Ensuring correct provisions on sales calculation;
- Performance analysis and improvement initiatives;
- Ensuring smooth execution of orders;
- Supply flow forecast;
- Reporting to local affiliate and the Corporate;
- Collaborating with Accounting, Controlling, Commercial, other Supply Chain Employees;
- Other Supply Chain tasks and back up for various activities.

- University degree (Economics / Finance / Business Administration or similar);
- Experience in Supply Chain and knowledge of Supply Chain processes;
- Pharma industry basic knowledge (preferable);
- Excellent English language skills (written and oral);
- IT knowledge (SAP, Navision or similar skills would be an advantage);
- Good analytical skills
- Quality oriented, with excellent planning & organizing skills and ability to prioritize;
- Precise, result oriented and with good analytical skills.
