Supply Chain operations specialists (Procurement / Planning)

Our client – an international manufacturing company – is looking for two specialists: a Procurement Specialist and Customer Demand Planning Specialist to join the supply chain team.

Common responsibilities

• Ensure smooth execution of end-to-end supply chain processes
• Align customer demand, production plans, and material availability
• Communicate with internal teams and external partners for accurate order fulfillment
• Work with ERP systems and Excel for planning, tracking, and analysis
• Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency

For Supply Operations:

• Manage purchase orders and supplier communication
• Monitor deliveries and handle delays, shortages, and order-related issues
• Ensure timely material availability for production

For Demand Planning Operations:

• Support demand planning based on customer demand, forecasts, and order trends
• Contribute to production and supply planning adjustments
• Analyze demand deviations and support data-driven decision making

• Excellent English language skills
• Experience in procurement, planning, order management, customer service, or similar roles
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to work with data
• Good Excel skills; ERP experience - an advantage
• Structured and responsible working style
• Strong communication skills
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is a significant advantage.
