The position




 




This position is ideal for anyone who:

• Pursues a degree in hospitality management 
  
• Has good working skills of Microsoft Office programs (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  
• Is available for at least 6-9 months for the duration of traineeship
  
• Has a good command of the written and spoken English and preferable German knowledge
  
• Is motivated, dedicated, responsible and communicative
  

Some  of the objectives and main tasks that come with the position are:

• Ensure critical data about programs & deals stay constantly up to date
  
• Produce reports that measure the success of Hilton Supply Management activities
  
• Be in contact with the hotels & maintain our e-procurement system
  
• Administrative support of the national and regional procurement teams in the form of tender support, developing analysis, project support
