Requirements
- Do you like shopping? We do it every day!
- Pursues a degree in hospitality management
- Has good working skills of Microsoft Office programs (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Is available for at least 6-9 months for the duration of traineeship
- Has a good command of the written and spoken English and preferable German knowledge
- Is motivated, dedicated, responsible and communicative
- Ensure critical data about programs & deals stay constantly up to date
- Produce reports that measure the success of Hilton Supply Management activities
- Be in contact with the hotels & maintain our e-procurement system
- Administrative support of the national and regional procurement teams in the form of tender support, developing analysis, project support
