Supply planning specialist

• Collect and manage customer orders and ensure accurate order administration
• Create and send purchase orders to suppliers
• Monitor warehouse stock levels and product movements
• Prepare and send invoices and other relevant documentation
• Prepare reports and maintain accurate data
• Create and maintain product cards and product information in the system
• Analyse sales, inventory levels and orders
• Monitor product availability and support effective supply planning
• Gradually take ownership of decisions on what, when and how much to order
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and suggest more efficient ways of working
• Over time, communicate with customers and suppliers
• Proactively identify potential issues and look for solutionss

• 2–3+ years of experience in supply planning, procurement, order management, supply chain or a similar role
• Strong Excel skills and confidence working with data
• C1 level English
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong analytical and logical thinking
• Ability to manage multiple tasks independently
• A proactive mindset and willingness to suggest improvements
Experience with Power Query, Power BI, ERP systems, supply/demand planning, pharma or wholesale would be an advantage.
