Reinvent your career by transitioning into the role of a Quality Analyst, where you can play a pivotal role in enhancing the organization's training initiatives. As a Quality Analyst, your main objective will be to guarantee the excellence of customer services through the implementation of efficient quality control methods and the ongoing enhancement of these processes.

To be successful in this role, the following is needed:

• Excellent English, Lithuanian and Swedish language skills (at least C1 level);
• Demonstrates empathy, positivity and possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong interpersonal abilities;
• Exhibits proficient planning and problem-solving skills;
• Displays flexibility and adaptability in adjusting to changes in processes, technologies, or business strategies.
