System Administrator

• Administer and maintain in good working order the local network, server infrastructure, data storage systems, resolve emerging issues.
• Install, configure and support operational systems (Windows, MacOS).
• Keep record of possession, status/condition, and perform purchasing of licenses and computer hardware.
• Monitor services, troubleshoot and resolve incidents timely.
• Develop and keep up to date relevant documents.

• 2+ years experience with administering laptops/workstations based on Windows 10/MacOS.
• Knowledge of the IT service industry.
• Knowledge of JIRA, Confluence.
• General network and security knowledge.
• Problem-solving and analytical mindset.
• Ability to work well with a team in a fast paced, constantly changed environment and follow instructions from senior colleagues.
• Effective verbal and strong Russian/Lithuanian communication skills, written English.
• Experience providing technical support remotely required.

Understanding of:

• Fundamental understanding of Active Directory and Azure AD.
• Fundamental understanding of DNS.
• Knowledge of VPN.
• Knowledge of Monitoring Tools.
• Experience with AD FS, SSO/SAML/OAuth2.
• Understanding of Multifactor Authentication (Conditional Access).

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of PowerShell or another scripting language.
• Knowledge of Terraform.
• Knowledge of Linux.
• Knowledge of Azure Infrastructure.
• CISCO CCNA/CCNP Certificate required.

Monthly salary (gross): 1500€ - 3200€. Specific salary is offered based on work experience, competence, and compliance with other job requirements.
