Job Description
We are actively seeking a team member to join our Ignitis Renewables team as a T&I Package Manager for an offshore project. Your main responsibilities and tasks will be:
- Manage the process of acquiring T&I services for all related works
- With assistance from technical and legal, draft and negotiate T&I subcontracts
- Manage T&I subcontracts during development, project execution, and serve as client representative towards the T&I contractor
- Serve as the responsible for T&I works in the core management team, and lead interfaces and discussions with the end client on anything T&I related
- Manage a small but competent team dedicated to the T&I subcontract
- Handle claims and changes in the T&I subcontract during execution
- Ensure the T&I contractor executes their work in accordance with the needs and expectations
- Ensure the technical suitability and robustness of the solutions developed, the overall reliability of the execution schedule to be developed for the EPCI stage, and to develop cost-optimized / competitive solutions.
Requirements
- Hold a degree in Economics, Engineering, Business, Supply Chain Management, Law, or related fields
- Possess deep technical knowledge of offshore construction, including marine design and heavy transport
- Understand the execution of major offshore T&I projects, focusing on work scopes, interfaces, and safety
- Exhibit excellent communication skills for multicultural environments.
- Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Have advanced proficiency in English
- Foster strong relationships within teams and with stakeholders
- Understand commercial contract management and procurement
- Have knowledge of wind offshore supply cost benchmarking.
