Requirements
Have 2+ years of recruiting experience
Have previous experience recruiting IT, Digital marketing positions and build onboarding processes
Have strong ownership feeling
Have experience in the continual development of talent pipelines and sourcing potential candidates
Have previous experience developing and executing recruiting marketing and branding strategies
Willing to work in start-up environment
Comfortable making decisions independently.
