The Talent Partner is responsible for managing direct recruitment campaigns for roles in multiple disciplines and at all levels across the Group, to most effectively fill vacancies.  This will involve promoting the employer brand in the marketplace, building networks and relationships with candidates both active and passive, setting up talent pools and reducing recruitment spend.

The Talent Partner will also be an advocate for Recruitment Portal usage (Workday Recruit) amongst our stakeholders.

Key Tasks & Accountabilities

  • Identifying the best routes to market for each role we decide to recruit directly
  • Sourcing direct applicants via various direct routes including social media, job boards and other relevant direct recruitment methods
  • Significantly increasing direct hires and reducing recruitment spend
  • Improving the quality of candidates attracted directly
  • Managing and shortlisting applications for hiring managers
  • Telephone interview screening for applicable roles
  • Building banks of candidates who may be suitable for future roles
  • Developing campaign data/reporting to provide information on the progress of a campaign and also useful stats to help us more proactively manage recruitment activity
  • Improving on key recruitment metrics such as time to fill/CV’s to interview ratio
  • Embedding and ensuring recruitment SLA’s are adhered to
  • Assisting with the management and maintenance of the recruitment portal – ensuring full utilisation of the technical capability, providing training to users as required
  • Supporting recruitment activities such as recruitment fairs, managing agencies, interviewing with hiring managers, assessment centres, introducing and promoting new initiatives, updating and refreshing the intranet and website careers pages

Requirements

  • High level of experience and very strong track record in recruiting quality people at all levels and in various disciplines such as IT, analytics, customer services, sales, account management
  • Extensive experience in recruiting for all levels of roles from various disciplines such as customer services, sales, account management, IT, Technical, Finance, Legal
  • Extensive knowledge and use of social media channels for recruitment
  • Ability to be adaptable/flexible in work approach
  • Deadline/target driven
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Able to work at pace – dealing with numerous vacancies at any time
  • Strong reporting/analytical skills
  • Passion for service excellence
