Job Description
We are looking for a talented and passionate Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR department based in Kaunas. As Talent Acquisition Specialist you will be responsible for bringing in qualified IT specialists to Xplicity according to our business needs and finding the best match for growth of company!
Responsibilities:
• Managing hiring process with quick adaptation in situations and great identification what’s required to support candidate and company’s needs
• Running full recruiting cycle for replacements and new roles within Xplicity (job add posting, sourcing, screening calls, interviewing, etc.)
• Making candidates feel comfortable throughout the hiring process and maintaining long term relationship with them
• Improving and driving on-boarding process for new candidates
• Keeping consistent communication with people inside and outside the company
• Supporting company in other projects.

Requirements
• Experience in full cycle recruiting 1-2+ years
• Experience in employer branding would be an advantage
• Very strong written and verbal communication, good English language skills.
• Degree in psychology, HR management or similar area.
• Ability to multitask while working with different roles and projects at a time
• Hospitality, empathy and flexibility
• Curiosity in the IT area.
