Your daily workday will look like:

• Administration of Outlook calendars;
• Organization of business meetings and workshops (incl. room booking, catering, preparation of protocols);
• Arrangement of business trips;
• Support with preparation of presentations, reports and other documents;
• Administration of Ariba Guided Buying orders;
• Other administrative duties upon;
• Administration of O365 communication and collaboration platforms.

• Strong English language skills
• Effective communication skills
• Proactive attitude
• Flexibility and fast reaction
• Orientation to quality and detail
• Familiarity with O365 tools and a willingness to learn and utilize more advanced features

Nice to have: German language skills, a valuable asset for international collaboration.
