Job Description

  • Guide team development efforts towards successful delivery,
  • Recruit, develop and retent of individuals to build a high performing and effective team,
  • Manage outsource deliverables and budget,
  • Provide technical leadership to teammates through coaching and mentorship,
  • Maintain high standards of software quality within the team by establishing good practices and habits,
  • Create applications using up to date technologies – PL/SQL, SQL, Oracle, MS SQL,
  • Ensure high system availability,
  • Manage feature-based releases using CI/CD.
  • Collaborate with co-workers to provide best solutions

Requirements

  • At least 1 year experience in team leading or several years of several years in Project/Product management,
  • Knowledge/Experience of databases(Oracle) and pl/sql,
  • Curiosity and passion for software engineering,
  • Curiosity for telecommunications would be considered as an advantage,
  • Problem solving and communication skills, result-orientation,
  • Ability to learn, adapt and have an open-minded approach,
  • A fluency in both spoken and written English language.
