Job Description

The Cyber Defence Centre is part of Group IT Security & Risk department, which also consist of IT Risk Management, Architecture & Engineering, Identity & Access Management and Business Office with more than 70 colleagues located in Denmark, Estonia, and Lithuania. We do have a high work tempo with many task at the same time. Information security is an area with high attention from executive management.

The Security Incident Response team consist currently of nine colleagues located in Vilnius and the Security Operation Centre team consists of 10 colleagues – this team has a matrix relationship to the Cyber Defence Centre Manager.

Responsibilities 

• Lead the development, implementation, and management of processes that ensure security countermeasures and monitoring that is effective and sustained on all applicable systems
• Review and (as required) update the SIRT policies, procedures, playbooks, work instructions, and use cases
• Provide leadership and oversight over the SIRT personnel
• Analyse personnel needs for coverage and proactively make adjustments when necessary
• Measure personnel’s performance through annual appraisals and provide training/development for continuous improvement

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience leading high-performance teams toward the successful attainment of challenging goals


• Must have experience from a Computer Security Incident Response Team (CSIRT)


• Experience performing investigations and participating in incidents in a SOC as well as mitigating and addressing threat vectors including Advance Persistent Threat (ADT), Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS), phishing, malicious payloads, malware, etc.


• Working knowledge of Linux, Windows, and Network Operating Systems


• At least seven (7) years with network protocols such as TCP/IP, HTTP, SSL, TLS, and DNS
