Tech Lead

For a dedicated Technical Lead to join our engineering team. You will work on high-scalable products, cloud-based infrastructure with enormously fast release cycles and participate in challenges with team members who are best engineers in their class.Take your career to the next level and shape the online experience of millions of customers in over 200 countries by building the best online health market products and software infrastructure.

• Build a remarkable engineering team by hiring and steering their development path.
• Stay hands-on with technology stack and make decisive actions during the development lifecycle.
• ensure technical delivery by working with your team on strategy and execution, closely collaborating with other leaders.
• Give back to the community by mentoring at Kilo Academy, participating in developer events, speaking, writing or using other super powers you’ve got.

• Know what it’s like to lead a development team (doesn’t matter if it was 2 or 20 people).
• Be an advocate for clean code and best practices.
• Have 5 years of experience with Laravel, Symfony frameworks or pure PHP.
• Have experience and knowledge of RESTful API’s (or GraphQL).
• Have a solid background in building complex systems.
• Have knowledge of MySQL, PostgreSQL or similar RDBMS.
• Dream bigger than you ever did.
• Never kill the vibe.

Location

Work from anywhere. We have offices in the major Lithuanian cities – Vilnius, Kaunas, Klaipėda – but in case you can’t think of what pants to wear today, waiting for your cat’s food to be delivered, or casually chilling in Tenerife – gotcha. Meet you at the Zoom party.
