Technical Integration Manager

• Contribute to practical application of System Engineering in Lithuania.
• Conduct assessment of public procurement qualification requirements according to Rail Baltica Global Project requirements, standards and guidelines.
• Consult Implementing Body on Rail Baltica Global Project requirements, standards and guidelines.
• Perform construction site visits (technical checks), provide conclusions, recommendations and instructions to Implementing Body in relation to performance of Designer (Consultant), Contractor, FIDIC Engineer.
• Contribute to development of technical conditions for third parties.
• Perform review and assessment of design, as-built and other technical documentation from third parties versus issued technical conditions.

• Bachelor of Applied Sciences degree or equivalent higher education in engineering or management.
• 5+ years’ experience working as design (design supervision) manager or construction supervisor or construction site manager in transport infrastructure.
• Understanding of local and international construction and design standards, local construction technical regulation.
• Experience working with MS Office Suite, CAD software, electronic document management system, MS Project or equivalent applications.
• Excellent communication skills, ability to effectively cooperate within the company and with business partners.
• Resilience to coping with conflicting demands, able to prioritize duties and work under pressure.
• Very good command of spoken and written English and Lithuanian languages.
