Get ready to

• Own the development and continuous improvement of our products and internal tools
• Work closely with designers and engineers to deliver high-quality product experiences from discovery to launch
• Translate business needs into clear technical requirements, user stories, and well-defined Jira tickets
• Prioritize stakeholder requests based on customer value, business impact, and technical feasibility
• Drive product roadmaps and help shape the team’s development priorities
• Identify opportunities to automate repetitive workflows using AI and other modern tools
• Turn recurring business requests into scalable product features and self-service solutions instead of manual processes
• Measure product success using data and insights to continuously improve customer and business outcomes

• Have experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager working closely with software development teams
• Be comfortable translating business problems into technical requirements and actionable development work
• Have experience managing product backlogs and prioritizing competing stakeholder needs
• Thrive in ambiguous environments and enjoy bringing clarity and structure to complex challenges
• Have a product mindset, always looking for ways to improve user experience, processes, and business outcomes
• Be excited about AI and eager to incorporate it into product development and day-to-day work
• Communicate confidently with technical and non-technical stakeholders alike
• Have experience with Jira or similar project management tools and familiarity with analytics platforms such as Looker, Power BI, or equivalent
