Job Description
Job functions (technical support for 10 employees :
- Support in software installation on Mac OS X and Windows computers.
- Support in initial network settings for remote work (VPN, RDP etc.)
- Support in external services connection issues (SMS providers, Mail servers, telegram etc)
- Basic support in Macrobank system issues (access problems, errors, warnings, etc) and communications with support team.
- Basic support in Web services issues (access problems, errors, warnings, etc) and communications with support team.
- Make notes for all new issues for future usage as reference by operators and L1 customer support managers.
Job schedule (part time work):
- To be accessible 9am – 6 pm on working days by phone and messengers.
- Handling tasks within 15 min.
- Total maximal support time - 20h a week.
- Average estimate monthly support time – 2h a day
- Average self learning time (all internal systems) – 2h a day
Requirements
Windows and Mac OS X workstations administration (local and remote)
- Basic network administration
- Microsoft and Open Office suite support
- VPN services administration
- Good knowledge in office equipment hardware and basic diagnostics
- Basic knowledge in financial and accounting systems
- Basic knowledge in HTML/ Web services
- Russian and English written and spoken intermediate level
- Any software development and testing background will be a plus
