• Winning new customers by phone contacts
• Driving active sales of new DKV products and services
• Processing documents and applications
• Development of partnership with a new DKV customers
• Taking care of DKV customers with low/no turnover
• Being main internal sales process partner for our senior sales managers
• Helping customers to have a great overall business experience with DKV

• Experience in sales, telemarketing or sales support
• Very good communication skills and high customer focus
• Solid MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Besides Lithuanian, good knowledge of English or German
