Job Description

TeslaPay is committed to ensuring that our payment services are available quickly and seamlessly and that our customers' funds are always adequately protected. We are seeking a new team member of the Finance division to help us facilitate payment transactions and achieve this goal.

What you'll be doing...

You will be responsible for payment-related processes.
You will monitor payment transactions and resolve payment-related issues.
You will handle transactions that require manual intervention.
You will enter correspondent bank payment transactions into the general ledger.
You will watch and maintain the liquidity of our nostro accounts with partner institutions and payment systems.
You will execute foreign exchange transactions based on customer instructions.
You will report on transaction volumes and other relevant data to the regulator.
You will be involved in developing new services and improving existing processes to automate daily tasks.

What we're looking for...

You have at least 2+ years of experience in payment, banking, payment card operations, or a similar field is preferred but optional.
You are a clear and streamlined communicator with the ability to share complicated information in an easily digestible way.
You are passionate about process improvement and are eager to find new and better ways to accomplish critical tasks.
You have a keen eye for detail and manage day-to-day tasks responsibly.
You are comfortable working with Microsoft Excel to organize data.
You have a Finance, Accounting or Mathematics degree.
You know SEPA, SWIFT, and Target2 operational rules and regulations, and experience in payment reporting in Lithuania is a strong advantage.
You communicate fluently in English.
