Translation Manager / Localization manager

All the right tools to optimize retail business - made for retailers, by retailers. The position SameSystem is growing rapidly all over the globe, and every week new international retailers start reaping the benefits of SameSystem. Clients include Bestseller, Pandora, Søstrene Grene, Normal, and more than 600 other international and local companies.

Currently, we are looking for a Translation/localization manager to:

• Coordinate translations for 12+ languages
• Manage terminology and glossaries
• Collaborate with the stakeholders in the product team to deliver timely and high-quality translations in the language of the local markets.
• Assist with localization projects in cooperation with other teams and departments
• Research how we can optimize our translation flow, to ensure the highest quality and pace.

• Very organized mindset
• Fluency in English both written and verbal; every other language is a plus
• Being proactive and taking responsibility for the quality of the finale product
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience, ideally in Linguistics/Translations
• Strong computer skills

• Retail experience
• Have worked with Lokalise or similar localization and translation management tool
