UX/UI product designer

You will primarily work on the platform Dashboard (new client onboarding, planner, reports, admin panels) and the Picking App mobile application, within a team covering several sub-products.

• Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to inform and improve design decisions.
• Collaborate closely with the Product Owner and engineering team to align design with product vision and technical feasibility.
• Create user personas, journey maps, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes using Figma.
• Develop and maintain a scalable design system ensuring consistency across dashboards and apps.
• Optimize user flows and information architecture for intuitive and accessible experiences.
• Validate designs through A/B testing, user feedback, and usability sessions, iterating based on insights.
• Prepare clear design documentation and ensure smooth handoff to developers.
• Represent the voice of the user, balancing business goals, technical constraints, and user needs.
• Monitor UX performance metrics and continuously improve the product based on data and feedback.
• Support product launch activities by preparing UI assets and assisting in user onboarding materials.

• Relevant experience in UX/UI design for digital products, ideally B2B tools.
• Strong skills in information architecture and data visualization.
• Figma power user with experience creating and maintaining design systems.
