Job Description

As a member of our Scrum team, you’re the driving force to design valuable solutions for our prescriber and patient portals. You focus on creating user-centered designs that cater to the specific needs of our customers. You’re a skilled communicator and know how to involve various stakeholders with a wide variety of goals and desires.

  • Maintain and grow a user-centered and Lean design approach within your team.
  • Understand the difference between output and outcome.
  • Are part of user research activities to grow your understanding of the problem and eventually craft beautiful UI designs that are inclusive and user-friendly.
  • Prepare and collaboratively conduct user testing sessions, with your UX colleagues, with actual prescribers and patients.
  • Look for opportunities to refine your work, while being able to clarify the added value of investing in iterations using behavioral data.
  • Follow guidelines to ensure your designs align with our brand and principles.
  • Explain your designs using a practical but complete design rationale.
  • Build upon insights gained from alignment maps like Personas, Customer Journeys and Service Blueprints.
  • Contribute to our Design System by sharing learnings and insights with your design colleagues about our components, patterns and guidelines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Interaction Design, Communication & Multimedia Design,Product Design or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, UX/UI trends, and e-commerce best practices.
  • At least 3-5 years of relevant work experience as a Product Designer within an e-commerce environment, preferably some in the Healthcare branch.
  • Experience with working in an Agile development.
  • You are fluent in English.
  • Proficiency in tools like Figma, Hotjar and GA.
  • Familiarity with front-end frameworks like Bootstrap is a plus.
