How You’ll Spend Your Day

  • Prepare, execute, review, and support approval of DQ/IQ/OQ/PQ protocols for equipment, utilities, and facility systems
  • Operate and utilize qualification and measurement equipment, including thermomapping systems (e.g., Kaye), filter integrity testing devices, airflow measurement tools, and other calibrated instruments
  • Ensure accurate, complete, and compliant documentation of qualification activities in line with GMP and internal SOPs
  • Review technical documentation (drawings, specifications, manuals) and ensure alignment with qualification requirements
  • Coordinate qualification activities, including planning, issue tracking, and follow-up actions
  • Identify, document, and support resolution of deviations, risks, and CAPAs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliant system implementation
  • Provide training and guidance on validation practices, documentation standards, and equipment handling
  • Support continuous improvement of validation processes, SOPs, and templates

Your Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, Chemical, Biochemical, or similar)
  • Experience in equipment qualification (DQ/IQ/OQ/PQ) or strong willingness to learn in a GMP-regulated environment
  • High attention to detail with a structured and systematic approach to work
  • Strong sense of responsibility for documentation accuracy and compliance
  • Careful, disciplined, and pedantic approach to equipment handling and maintenance
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documentation or willingness to develop this skill
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Good English and Lithuanian language skills (written and spoken)
