Vice President - Transformation Office (CoSec Value Stream)

Your Role:

• Platform Ownership 6 Corporate Secretarial Platforms
• Act as the accountable Platform Owner for the CoSec platform estate (including the core CoSec platform and adjacent tooling and related integrations), maintaining ongoing visibility of platform value from a licence/TCO standpoint and how that compares to market or build alternatives.
• Follow vendor Release Schedules and new functionality, maintain the relationship with vendor account and product teams, and attend user group forums to voice Citco9s development requests.
• Conduct ongoing reviews and analysis of Citco9s use of the platforms compared to vendor best practices, and perform market research on CoSec platforms to identify alternatives available in the market space.
• Design, implement and maintain a best-practice data, integration, workflow and reporting strategy into and out of the platforms, and coordinate the systems integrations development and configuration road map.
• Work with business representatives to acquire business sign-off for new or amended functionality/configurations, and partner closely with other Platform Owners and Transformation Office team members.
• Delivery Leadership 6 Execution
• Oversee end-to-end execution of the CoSec value stream9s assigned initiatives, including scope definition, planning, reporting, tracking of milestones, issues/risk management and escalations.
• Effectively manage, coordinate and conduct project meetings, both in-person and via conference calls, ensuring the delivery team owns assigned initiatives and provides a consistent, quality service to stakeholders.
• Partner with the Value Lead to identify and manage risks, issues and cross-value-stream dependencies, escalating to the Portfolio Owner where required.
• Ensure standardised reporting exists for each initiative, together with strategic reporting that captures the value stream9s overall contributions, and lead the team in identifying scope creep/change using change management protocols.
• Monitor utilisation of the delivery team, project capacity and shortfalls, and identify resource requirements with supporting business cases as needed.
• Value Stream Support 6 Value Realisation
• Support the CoSec Value Lead in owning and evolving the value stream strategy, roadmap and single backlog 6 ensuring priorities are traceable to meaningful business outcomes.
• Help ensure the value stream answers the question: are we building the right things that create maximum business value, and can every piece of work be traced back to a meaningful business outcome?
• Act alongside the Value Lead as a primary interface between the CoSec value stream and its key stakeholders, including clients, operational teams, enabling functions and business owners.
• Change, Transformation 6 Continuous Improvement
• Champion and embed change management best practices within the value stream, ensuring people, process and technology dimensions of change are all addressed.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement within the value stream, applying Lean and value stream management principles to eliminate waste and improve flow.
• Support Citco9s data, analytics and AI maturity agenda by embedding data-driven decision-making within value stream operations.
• Provide strategic oversight on team methodologies, looking for opportunities to standardise, streamline and improve the product offering.

• 4+ years9 experience in Financial Services, ideally in fund services and/or corporate governance services, with a Bachelor or Master level degree.
• Proven experience in large portfolio and complex project management oversight to deliver multiple projects on time and in scope in a fast-paced environment, with increasing responsibility during your career.
• Demonstrated experience owning and managing a product, platform or delivery backlog, with strong prioritisation and requirements discipline.
• Strong technology experience, including proven platform leadership across application development, configuration and implementation, with a solid understanding of current market trends and emerging technologies such as AI and RPA.
• Strong knowledge of governance frameworks, change lifecycle management, and operating model design, and experience leading in a matrixed or shared-resource environment to deliver outcomes.
• Commercially aware with the ability to connect value stream activity to strategic and financial outcomes, and strong analytical capability with the ability to interpret performance data and make evidence-based decisions.
• Experience managing relationships with senior-level stakeholders across multiple business units, with exceptional written and oral communication skills.
• Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
