• Have 1–2 years of experience in video editing, preferably focused on performance marketing, paid social
• Have experience creating short-form, dynamic, and conversion-focused video creatives
• Understand what makes video ads perform — including hooks, pacing, retention, storytelling, CTAs, and audience psychology
• Be highly proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop
• Have hands-on experience with AI video generation and creative automation tools (such as Runway, Midjourney, ElevenLabs, Kling, Veo, or similar)
• Be comfortable working with different content styles including UGC, product-focused ads, testimonial videos, motion graphics, and viral social formats
• Be adaptable and excited about experimenting with new creative formats, AI workflows, and emerging trends
