Get ready to

Create high-performing, AI-generated short-form video ads based on creative briefs
Use Higgsfield and other AI tools to generate video, visuals, voiceovers, and creative assets
Turn briefs and concepts into engaging, fast-paced, conversion-focused ads
Combine AI-generated assets, UGC, product footage, and editing into polished social-first creatives
Experiment with prompts, hooks, styles, and variations to quickly test different creative directions
Add music, sound design, subtitles, motion graphics, and effects that improve retention and performance
Collaborate with marketers and creative strategists to iterate on concepts and winning creatives

Requirements

Have 1–2 years of experience in video editing, content creation, or performance marketing
Have hands-on experience with AI video and image generation tools
Be comfortable working independently from creative briefs
Be proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, with knowledge of After Effects and Photoshop
Have experience with Higgsfield, Veo, Kling, Runway, Midjourney, ElevenLabs, or similar tools
Understand what makes short-form ads perform — hooks, pacing, storytelling, retention, and CTAs
Be comfortable generating, prompting, and iterating on AI content to achieve the desired result
Be adaptable and excited to experiment with new AI tools, workflows, and creative formats
