Job Description

Your mission ir to build a community of real estate investors, being their main point of contact and bringing excellent investment opportunities to our clients!

Responsibilities:

  • Take complete ownership of building, leading, and growing Estateguru’s investor community in Lithuania, with the full support of our dedicated international team.
  • Develop and execute a strategic roadmap to establish a robust network of high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) with an interest in real estate-backed investment opportunities.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for all Lithuanian investors, fostering strong relationships and delivering a best-in-class investor experience.
  • Drive the successful syndication of Estateguru’s loan opportunities by actively engaging with the local investor base and supporting them in achieving their investment goals.

Requirements

  • At least 3–4 years of proven success in sales or business development.
  • Demonstrated experience in building and managing investor networks, ideally within the financial services, investment, or real estate sectors.
  • Strong strategic thinking and execution skills, including expertise in time management, sales funnel development, and stakeholder engagement.
  • A proactive and entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable navigating a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Strong communicational skills, courageous to stand in front of a crowd of investors and fearless of cameras.
  • Strong English skills (at least B2 level).
