Darbo aprašymas

  • organize, manage and control Finance department daily work
  • analyze hotel’s economical activities
  • supply good service to hotel’s external clients and cooperation partners and also internal clients – management and employees
  • implement Hotel’s finance management strategies
  • ensure compliance with the local tax and financial accounting requirements
  • ensure proper functioning of the bookkeeping of the hotel (controls over functioning of the system, training of employees, sets up objectives for development of the system)
  • provide the managers of responsible units with information required for budgeting
  • implement and maintain acceptable accounting practices and procedures as required by law corporate policies and procedures, generally accepted accounting practices
  • verify the truth of the entries made in accounting registers as well as compliance of the classification with the requirements of the management accounting, financial accounting and tax legislation
  • control everyday financial reports
  • perform operational planning of the funds of the hotel;
  • plan and control payments of the hotel
  • control cash circulation inside the hotel
  • confirm bank transfers
  • participate in internal stocktaking at the hotel and other control procedures, if so, ordered by the General Manager of the hotel
  • if necessary, to act as Manager on Duty
  • represent the hotel within the framework of own competence, accountability and responsibility
  • maintain professional, proactive and technical competence in own field
  • conduct all duties according to Radisson Collection Astorija and Apex Alliance guidelines.

Reikalavimai

  • Education: higher in the field of finance, accounting or economics.
  • Work experience: at least five years in the field, including ability to manage the team;
