PERSONALO AKADEMIJA (personaloakademija.lt) client – SIA "TENAXPANEL", part of the TENAX GRUPA, is the largest manufacturer of sandwich panels and thermal insulation materials in the Baltic States.

Darbo aprašymas

  • Wholesale and active B2B sales of sandwich panels and auxiliary materials to construction companies and developers throughout Lithuania.
  • Identifying client needs, delivering expert product presentations, and providing technical consultations.
  • Preparing commercial offers, negotiating contracts, and managing the full sales cycle.
  • Proactive market expansion: conducting cold calls and field visits to build a robust B2B network.
  • Collaborating with construction designers and architects to ensure product integration in projects.
  • Processing orders and performing basic technical drafting with AutoCAD (training provided).
  • 100% Home Office flexibility.

Reikalavimai

  • Language Proficiency: Native or near-native Lithuanian is mandatory for professional communication with local clients. High proficiency in English (at least B2 level) is required for daily collaboration with the Latvian headquarters.
  • Proven B2B Sales Expertise: Minimum 2+ years of active sales experience specifically in the construction or finishing materials sector.
  • Wholesale Mindset: Deep understanding of the construction materials market. Experience working in a construction company (e.g., as a project manager) is not sufficient; you must have experience selling to them.
  • Education: Degree in Civil Engineering, Technology, or Business/Economics. A background in Civil Engineering is a significant advantage.
  • Driver's License: Category B.
