- Wholesale and active B2B sales of sandwich panels and auxiliary materials to construction companies and developers throughout Lithuania.
- Identifying client needs, delivering expert product presentations, and providing technical consultations.
- Preparing commercial offers, negotiating contracts, and managing the full sales cycle.
- Proactive market expansion: conducting cold calls and field visits to build a robust B2B network.
- Collaborating with construction designers and architects to ensure product integration in projects.
- Processing orders and performing basic technical drafting with AutoCAD (training provided).
- 100% Home Office flexibility.
Reikalavimai
- Language Proficiency: Native or near-native Lithuanian is mandatory for professional communication with local clients. High proficiency in English (at least B2 level) is required for daily collaboration with the Latvian headquarters.
- Proven B2B Sales Expertise: Minimum 2+ years of active sales experience specifically in the construction or finishing materials sector.
- Wholesale Mindset: Deep understanding of the construction materials market. Experience working in a construction company (e.g., as a project manager) is not sufficient; you must have experience selling to them.
- Education: Degree in Civil Engineering, Technology, or Business/Economics. A background in Civil Engineering is a significant advantage.
- Driver's License: Category B.
